W Chu College is a small College of the CUHK
family which has a student membership of 300 when
it becomes full-fledged. The College has welcomed its
Founding Students in September 2012. You may catch a
glimpse of the characteristics of the College through the
brief introduction below.

The College encourages character formation, personal
responsibility, honesty, mutual respect and support through
a student honour code, on the basis of trust.
Mentorship Scheme
Mentors drawn from many walks of life offer advice and
guidance on students’ educational and professional
development.
Service
Opportunities to take part in service programmes and

n coping with the increasing demand
of student hostel places under the

academic reform, an additional
block of International House
(
I-House), namely I-House
Block 3, was completed
this August.
Situated at Village
Path near Mong Man Wai Building of the Central Campus,
I-House Block 3 provides 71 shared rooms comprising
181
hostel places. The good mix of local, mainland and
exchange students nurtures cultural diversity and makes
I-House Block 3 a unique and ideal place for students to
share, live and learn.
In 2012-13, students of CW Chu College will be accommodated in I-House Block 3 before completion of
their College hostels.
