If you have problems using eLearning systems/tools offered by our team, you can contact us for help as follows:

1) ITSC Electronic HelpDesk

ITSC Electronic Helpdesk is exclusive to CUHK students and staff. You may write your problems/requests at https://helpdesk.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/ anytime. You may also track the status of the submitted problems/requests by logging in the system.
