If you have problems using eLearning systems/tools offered by our team, you can contact us for help as follows:

1) ITSC Service Desk

ITSC Service Desk is exclusive to CUHK students and staff. You may write your problems/requests at https://servicedesk.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/ anytime. You may also track the status of the submitted problems/requests by logging in the system.

2) ITSC Consultation Hotline Service (Office Hours)

3) ITSC Service Desk / Consultation Room
