An exhibition titled ‘The Science and Art of Trees of CUHK’ was launched by the CU Tree Project and Green Education Working Group at 1/F, Lee Shau Kee Building of CUHK in mid December, 2010. Through a thematic exhibition and other educational activities, this event aimed at promoting appreciation of the beauty of greenery and promoting green education in the campus.

‘HK ARTchitecture’, a TV programme produced by the Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) broadcast on 21 November 2010, introduced the landmarks of different Colleges at CUHK. The programme also illustrated how concepts of modernism, practicability, greening and spatiality could be combined to build a simple campus with coherent style.

CMP Sustainable Campus in Action: the CUHK Committee on Campus Environment and Campus Landscaping Enhancement Committee launched the 'Environmental Sustainability Ambassador Program' as an initiative to develop the low carbon campus with cleaner air. |
