CUHK takes part in WUN AGM 2017

A CUHK delegation led by Prof. Joseph Sung, Vice-Chancellor of CUHK and Chair of the WUN Partnership Board, participated in the WUN Conference and AGM held in New York City, USA during 1-5 May 2017. The focus of the AGM was to review the achievements of WUN and devise a set of strategies to strengthen the research capacity and profile of the network.

The WUN AGM featured a series of business and research group meetings, as well as a Presidents Forum themed ‘Higher Education and the Sustainable Development Goals’. In addition, CUHK researchers participated in a number of academic workshops during the AGM, including the WUN Heritage Workshop on the Role of Heritage in Migration and Displacement and Wellness Data for Healthy Societies.
