While the Chinese University is ushering in its golden
jubilee, ISS continues striving to perfect its services,
among which is to help promote internationalization. The
Internationalization Activity Fund with the aim to support
Adjustment:
- Personal Guidance Service offered by the
Learning Enhancement Officers (LEOs)
- Orientation Programmes
- Guidebooks for New Students
- Adventure-based Training Day
- Off-campus Housing Information Service (OHIS)
Acculturation:
- Cultural Months
- CLOVER
- Hong Kong Explorer Series
- ISS League
- Post-exam Activities
Advancement:
- Academic Success Workshops
- Mentorship Programme for Non-local
Undergraduates
Affiliation:
- Support and advice to various non-local
student associations
Now, ISS does not only promote intercultural exchange and integration, but also delivers the LEOs’ service and extends it
to postgraduate students. A-Plus capsules them all.
The second round of application will start around mid-March 2013, so, stay tuned!
The application results for the first round have been released. The activities organised by
these associations are scheduled in term 2, 2012-13:
