劃的參與者更好地融入、解決任何疑難問題；加強學生與計
劃組的溝通與交流，讓學生得到充分的支持；盡最大努力改
善暑假計劃的進程，讓其成為令參加者滿意的一段交換與學
習的過程。儘管只有短短的兩個月時間，但是能夠藉此機會
在國外工作，認識來自不同國家、背景的朋友，提高自己的
生活自理能力與溝通技巧，對我而言實為珍貴，無論對我日
後的職業發展、或個人成長，都有積極的影響。
